Highstyle
A military style latex shoot
Returning to the industrial location felt like stepping back into a scene that had already proven its atmosphere. The first shoot here had been well-received, and this time I wanted to build on that success with a subtle change, switching to tall high-heeled boots to shift the mood and presence. Catherine Reus brought the look together in a black latex dress layered over matching latex leggings, topped with an army-style coat that added a commanding, tailored silhouette.
The setting, with its cranes, train tracks, and weathered textures, contrasted sharply with the smooth, glossy finish of the latex. Catherine’s posture and gaze gave each frame a quiet authority, letting the styling speak without unnecessary drama. The coat’s metallic buttons caught the muted daylight, tying in with the reflective surfaces of her boots and latex, while the industrial background grounded the set in raw, urban realism.
This second visit confirmed the location’s versatility; its combination of grit and openness works beautifully with latex fashion. Catherine’s styling choice and presence brought a refined edge to the environment, proving once again how a single wardrobe change can transform the entire tone of a shoot.
