Catherine Reus brought just the right spark to this playful shoot on wheels. She showed up ready to roll in her sleek black catsuit and leather jacket, giving the whole session an urban edge that looked perfect against the industrial backdrop. The idea of mixing latex with rollerblades was something we both laughed about at first, but once Catherine put them on, the vibe just worked.

We stayed mindful of the location’s bumps and corners, keeping the action controlled enough so I didn’t trip over my own feet trying to keep up with her. Even at half speed, Catherine’s movements were fluid and confident, gliding through each frame like she’d done this a hundred times.

This quick shoot reminded me how good it feels to break the usual routine. Latex, a leather jacket, skates, all simple elements that Catherine knows exactly how to turn into something fresh and fun. Can’t wait to push this idea even further next time.
