Shiny black and gold

Catherine Reus brought her usual ease and precision to this look, an all-black combination of classic latex pieces styled for impact. The shiny dress layered over leggings gave the silhouette a clean, uninterrupted line, while the tight corset added structure and emphasis. Her collar and matching cuffs elevated the styling without overloading it. It was a look that played with control and elegance, anchored by those high-knee boots that completed the look.

We shot this series during late summer, and the light worked perfectly with the location’s textures. The rough timber background added weight and contrast to the high gloss of the latex. Catherine felt relaxed and playful on set, and it showed; she leaned into the day's warmth, delivering natural poses without forcing anything. The contrast between setting and styling gave us room to work with both minimal and expressive frames.

This shoot ultimately became just one part of a longer, more comprehensive creative session. The outfit proved to be more versatile than expected, and we continued to use it across various setups. Still, this first part has already captured what we were aiming for: a clean latex look with a highstyle touch, held together by confident styling and a strong presence.
