White matte latex dress
This shoot marked something special — the very first prototype of a matte white latex dress made by latexkind. Unlike the high-shine catsuits that usually dominate Mary Shields’ wardrobe, this piece had a softer appearance with its muted surface and playful, flared cut. It was a bold experiment in latex fashion, taking the material in a fresh, modern, and wearable direction for everyday styles. Even though the fit was a little large on her, Mary carried it with charm and energy, giving the prototype life in front of the camera.
Outdoors by the riverside, the dress caught the natural light in subtle ways. Without the usual glossy reflections, the matte latex created a gentle texture that looked almost like fabric from afar. Paired with her white sneakers, the look had a casual yet chic tone, as if she were simply out for a stroll with her camera. The playful breeze lifted the dress's hem at times, adding movement that softened the piece's structured cut.
For Mary, the change of pace was refreshing. She was used to the body-hugging intensity of catsuits, but this time she could explore a different side of herself, more carefree, approachable, even playful. The vintage-style camera in her hands became a perfect prop, reinforcing the story of a girl enjoying her day while experimenting with fashion that pushes boundaries.
